Hey there, I’m Kim!
Some of you know me from my other blog, Baking With Mom. Baking With Mom is a baking blog, featuring simple meals and kitchen deals. Feeding my family of 6 is costly and time consuming, but I strive to make quick and easy meals and save money while doing it!
I enjoy my baking blog, but I longed for something else, something more. I wanted a place that showed a little more of my life as the keeper of my home. A place where I can highlight the deals I find for you, my readers. From clothes, food, toys and school supplies, raising children is expensive! I want to find both of us great deals.
I am going to share family friendly recipes, our family adventures and travels (read: traveling on a budget), our school activities and busyness (and ways to conquer the school calendar), tips for a clean and organized house, easy DIY. With three children in three different schools and one at home, my calendar is filled with activities, schedules and plans!
My husband is going back to college to get a bachelor’s degree (as he is continuing to work full time!). In the meantime, I need to cut every corner, budget well and work hard to keep our grocery shopping on task. I need accountability!
Come along with me as I strive to honor God with my role as a wife, mom and His child. Glad to have you here!
